PRODUCTS
Curtain walls
Curtain walls, structural, accurate, semi structural and mountings, that serve businesses, offices, banks and shops. Alluminium ventilated façades
You can rely on ALUCOBOND to carry out projects without limits to your imagination. The success of these composite panels is largely also due to the exceptional qualities of durability and strength even in extreme climatic conditions.ALUCOBOND conforms perfectly to the contours of the building. Cut and shape easily without compromise, with sinuous curves or straights plans pointing straight towards the sky. The superb features of this composite fuel creative inspiration and offer an amazing range of innovative solutions in architecture. Whether it’s a private residence, a public building, the headquarters of a company, a shopping center or industrial complex, our panels of composite material with iridescent spectra colours, or coated copper – zinc – titanium, will give to your project a unique connotation intended to last.
Marble façades
The lightened marble panelling system uses “sandwich” panels made of aluminium or plastic. Today the technology allows us to cut stone to a thickness of 5 mm and to install panels weighing approximately 15 kg per m2 but with a major mechanical resistance to the simple stone. For this type of covering we can use both marbles that granites, natural stones from around the world. Not only for facades, the panel is also suitable to coatings, false ceilings, tables, kitchen plans, with wide use in the shipbuilding industry.
Wooden façades
For wood panelling we have partnered with Prodema. Panel with thickness 8-10 mm, high density, composed of soul in cellulose fibres impregnated in phenolic resins thermally hardened and natural wood surfaces, protected with a coating of our formulation and acrylic resins – PVDF *, which provides to the panel a stability of colour 3-4 in the 6,000 hours test with Xenon radiation. It was specially designed to be resistant to chemical attack (anti-graffiti).
Terracotta façades
The covering formed by chestnut and complementary pieces of brick, is mounted on metal substructure fastened to the outside walls of the building. Between the building envelope and terracotta covering, creating an areata gap in communication with the outside world at the base and at the top of the building, which determines the airing effect. A wide range of complementary pieces, with exposed finish and colours combining with chestnut and/orshade, complete the system for the realization of the angles of doors and windows.

Automation systems integrated with our window and door frames, doors and emergency exits complete with accessories for exits at breakthrough, hinged doors, sliding doors, automatic doors or with linear system. Telescopic sliding doors, angular sliding doors,rotaing-sliding doors, circular and semi-circular folding doors, interlocked inner door. Simple or elegant, complex or functional, sliding doors allow you to integrate perfectly in all types of architecture.
Armoured doors
Sturdiness, strenght and durability are the essential requisites of a product conceived to make a house inviolable in order to protect the safety of its dwellers. This is way our armoured doors are built to provide excellent performance under any circumstances, from prevention of breaking and entering, to sound dampening, to thermal resistance.
Fire doors

All fire closures solutions meet the requirements of UNI 9/23 of REI fire resistance.

Special Structures
The spatial reticular structure is of great interest because is based on the principle of flexibility and modularity of nodes and horizontal rods that compose it: the same that are custom-made, can be made of steel or aluminium, of various diameters and lengths. Standard nodes have holes to allow the insertion of bars, with different inclinations, allowing several combinations. The qualitative characteristics of oxidized natural aluminium materials, electro-color or painted in various RAL colours (lightness, handling, lack of maintenance), plus the technical principles of modularity of the structures that are always reusable for different uses, since the mounting and disassembly are extremely easy and fast.

Stained glass windows
The use of glass in the building industry, suggests to consider the needs of people inside buildings. Pilkington glass can be an interesting innovative element in a building as it reduces the use of packaging systems, the load of energy and costs.
In warmer climates, the solar control glass is used to reduce solar heat and helps to control glare. We also propose special glasses that ensure protection against fire without sacrificing the creative possibilities of architects and designers.
Thanks to the use of a special PVB (polyvinyl butyral), these high quality glasses are able to offer an excellent soundproofing.
The dual action of self-cleaning coating uses elements of nature to keep clean glass dirt organic, ensuring not only the practical benefit of having to rinse less frequently, but also to have always clean windows.
